I know this comes up, but not sure if there's any published law on it.
Supported spouse can't afford to live in New Jersey and moves to a southern state where, for example, property taxes are $1,110 per year (yes, per year - not per month).
Is there an argument that alimony (and off-guidelines CS for kids residing at college) should be reduced since it takes less money to maintain the marital lifestyle? Is there any published law on this from any state?
Thanks,
