    The court supervised program at Catholic Charities is in place again if you can't find someone privately to do it. Contact Paula Andrews <[email protected]>, she's responsive and will send the information. You need a court order (consent order will do) for the parent to participate in it.

    Not sure if Mercer County has an equivalent, but if David's suggestion below doesn't work for some reason, Fatherhood Connection in Burlington County has been a good solution for our client (his ex-wife needs to be supervised).  It may be a little far for your client though.
