Can someone please help me with service via the newspaper?  I have a divorce defendant that is difficult to serve because he has some immigration issues and is avoiding ICE as well.  I have tried the sheriff's office, NJLS, certified mail, FaceBook messaging and am at my wit's end.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Melanie

    Melaine -
<x-tab>        </x-tab>If you can reach him electronically, that's probably the way to go these days rather than a newspaper.
<x-tab>        </x-tab>The below (from a case I had a couple years ago) might be helpful:

<x-tab>        </x-tab>... Ex H stopped paying child support and moved to Bahrain, where he plays in a Jazz band. Enforcement motion send to his US address was returned (both RRR and regular mail), so, since it's all public record / publicly filed, I'll share it -

Thank you very much to those who provided me with excellent samples and outlined the motion practice for me.  The information is greatly appreciated.
