Hi everyone,
I have a client who suspects her husband is not disclosing his real income. He works for NJ Transit. I have been thinking about sending a subpoena to NJ Transit requesting his last W2 and last 3 paychecks. Has anyone done this before? I have not found any information online nor have I been able to talk to someone with the right information when I called. I thought that maybe it should be directed to their legal department, but I would like to be sure before doing so. I want to be mindful of my client's time and resources. I would really appreciate any guidance in this subject.
