    Dear Listmates:

    I need to send a subpoena to Costco.  Have gotten several different addresses to send it to and I was wondering if someone could confirm that the address for their corporate office is

    <x-tab>        </x-tab>I'd serve the local Costco (manager, get his/her name). Same with banks or any other corporation - serve the nearest local branch, they're required to accept it. They pass it on to their legal department. Recall that under the ethics decision Hanan posted a while back, only if it's personal service can you include the "contempt threat" language in the subpoena, so if it can be personally served, that's always my preference.
