    Has anyone ever subpoenaed Amazon or Pay Pal and had success? If so, can you advise?  Thanks.

    PayPal has always responded well to subpoenas. Here's a sample (I think this was a follow-up subpoena, but there should be what you need to issue an initial one): http://www.dpdlaw.com/PayPalSub.pdf

    I think they technically could object on a jurisdictional basis, but they've never done so. If they did, you'd have to serve their agent in NJ (probably at the group on Bear Tavern Road in Ewing).
