Hi Everyone,
I may be needing to subpoena bank records in relation to entry and removal items from a locker box.
1. can we subpoena records, where the locker belongs to a non-party individual (locker belongs to Plaintiff's sister-in-law)
2. other than the subpoena and proof of service, would love advice on filing procedures/how a subpoena works. I did my own research, but want to make sure I didn't miss anything.
