Strategies For Successfully E-filing in the Civil Part: A Step-By-Step Guide Covering Everything You Need to Know, to Quickly and Accurately E-File from
12 to 2 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center.Join us for one of our most practical "lunch and learns" as representatives from the AOC and a Presiding Judge who is Chair of the E-Filing and Access Subcommittee of the Judiciary Advisory Committee on Information Technology offer insight into how to easily and successfully navigate the e-filing system. Not only will you learn the mechanics of the system and how to safeguard information, you will also learn how to deal with unique problems that may arise when filing for a particular type of case.
Even computer-savvy attorneys will learn how to implement procedures in the office to confidently handle the mandatory filing requirements, will pick up strategies for the fastest, most accurate, and most efficient E-Filing Techniques in the Civil Part and will gain an understanding of why certain steps were designed in a particular way so that you become an e-filing expert.
