  • 1.  Step Parent Adoption

    Dose anyone have a Consent to Termination of Parental Rights to be used as part of a step parent adoption? Bio Dad states he is willing to give up the kids, knowing that Step Dad, our client, wants to adopt them. I know I can't proceed without consent of Bio Dad. Would appreciate anyone with such a form sharing it on or offline!!

    To those of you who sent me forms and gave me advice on how to file for a step parent adoption:  I am grateful for your generosity.  This listserv is a wonderful gift.

    How ever did we practice law before the internet?  I know we did, but it was more difficult then than it is now.
