Staten Island Attorney

    I have a commission to take an out-of-state  deposition of a non-party witness, who resides in Staten Island.  

    I need a Staten Island attorney to handle the issuance and service of the subpoena (pursuant to the commission), and in whose conference room (on Staten Island), I may conduct the deposition (perhaps 2-3 hours).
