Hello Listmates:
New client had a private investigator posted outside his ex-wife's home for three week's to show cohabitation. P/I got hits every day but the video is from October. He was dumped by his prior attorney due to lack of funds but wants to use his tax refund to file for modification/termination. I don't think 5 months is too long especially since the ex-wife went away in January and asked my client to watch her dog since the boyfriend is not fond of the dog and will be staying home as a result of a new job. Please know that this is the same man ex-wife was dating at the time of divorce in 2011 and she is still with him.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
