Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am going to appear in Somerset County Courthouse tomorrow for the first time. I will be filing a verified Complaint for Divorce and an Emergent Order to Show Cause with Temporary Restraints. Can any local practitioners give me details about filing (when, where, with whom...), does the court want advance notice, will the Judge want to know if I attempted to contact the defendant, etc?
