Does anyone know if Somerset has a regular day / time when Ability to Comply ("pay or stay") hearings are scheduled? I know in some counties, they hold them every Tuesday and Thursday (etc).
Client has a warrant for failing to make a very large lump sum payment that he was unable to pay and, if possible, we'd like to surrender at the courthouse and move straight to the Ability to Comply hearing (other counties have done it this way).
