I'm interested in insights from other solos or small law practices with regard to the type of business phone systems they're using. In particular, I'm interested in whether anyone is using any of the VoIP systems and what the experience has been like. Like many solos, I rent my office from an existing firm. So important to me is not having to change my number should I have to relocate my office.
