    Dear all,

    I have a couple where one spouse filed for divorce already in a foreign country.  All parties, children, and assets reside in New Jersey.  Can the other spouse file for divorce in New Jersey?

    I would appreciate a referral to an attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida
    that specializes in child custody and (the equivalent of DCPP) matters
