NJSBA Family Law Section

I am trying to serve a husband who is on active army duty per the Defense Manpower Data Center, though Department of Defense will not provide his location for security reasons, despite several written requests.  There are no common relatives or friends to assist in the search.  If anyone can share their experience serving this kind of defendant I would be most appreciative.
