    I can not locate my Defendant (former husband). I hired a private investigator to perform all due diligence searches for my client (former wife).
    I have the investigator report. I believe my next step is to file an application with the court to permit publication?
    Does anyone have an archetype I could use? Can anyone provide any guidance?
