  • 1.  Service by publication

    Posted 09-30-2021 11:41 AM

Hello everyone, Hope everyone is staying safe!  We are trying to serve an opposing party who is AWOL.  We just received a court order authorizing us to attempt service by publication. We have never had to resort to this method of service before. If anyone has experience in this area, I would appreciate some guidance.

    Thank you!
