Saturday, June 23, NJICLE will present
Nuts and Bolts of New Jersey Ethics and Professionalism from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the
Westin, Mt. Laurel.
The moderator/speaker for the seminar is
Thaddeus (Ted) J. Hubert III, Esq., Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and Senior Partner and Ethics Counsel, Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP, New Brunswick. Mr. Hubert, a legal malpractice defense attorney who lectures all across the country on behalf of a major carrier, will walk you through a step-by-step primer on the essentials of law practice risk management/loss prevention, attorney ethics and professionalism.
You will learn the practices and procedures you should adopt, how to advertise ethically and how to handle conflicts of interest, client relations and confidentiality issues in a professional manner. This program teaches you the basics, but even seasoned practitioners can learn pointers from Mr. Hubert's insightful and engaging program.

Monday, June 25, NJICLE will present
Mastering Microsoft Word for Law Offices: Strategies that Save Time and Get Results from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center.Word classes designed for the general public just don't address the issues legal professionals face when drafting legal instruments. By contrast, this class is designed by lawyers, for lawyers. In this seminar, you'll learn the right way to set up complex legal documents and how to avoid the formatting problems and delays you're probably used to encountering.

New Jersey Law Center.
The last CLE Saturday for the summer!
Join us for the seminar that will answer all of your questions about malpractice insurance coverage. An experienced legal malpractice plaintiff's attorney, respected insurance professionals and a seasoned professional liability defense attorney join forces to bring you an in-depth analysis regarding the necessity of careful insurance planning no matter what the situation. Whatever the size of your firm or the area of law that you practice, this panel of experts will analyze what you need and when.
They will discuss appropriate insurance when a mid to large-size law firm is involved in acquiring a smaller firm, when a group within the firm "spins off" and when the firm brings in laterals or when partners retire.
