I meant I sent one to Leslie who is a member of NJAJ.
By the way, I will get a plug in here for the NJAJ program at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel on Nov. 14, 2013 on Handling the High Conflict Divorce. We'll have a fact pattern and numerous panels discussing different aspects of such cases, including economic issues, custody and parenting issues, and ethics issues that are involved in such cases. We have an array of respected lawyers, mental health professionals and judges on the panels. I urge even non-members who handle these types of cases to diary this date.

It's a general equity partition action.

I'm seeking a sample Verified Complaint/ Order to show cause to compel a tenant in common to sell or buyout client's ½ share of 2 pieces of real property. The parties had been living as a married couple, but never entered into any legally recognized relationship. No other relief sought.
I assume I'd have to file this in Family Part (as opposed to General Equity), and would like to be able to file it in the county where one of the properties is located (rather than in the county where the couple has been living). Feasible?
