    Company Description

Weinberger Law Group is the largest boutique divorce and family law firm in New Jersey. Our goal is to be known as the go to law firm when someone has a family law issue.

When Weinberger Law Group was established in Sept 2008, it was an idea born out of frustration because my wife, Bari, could not find a firm that met the ideals she maintained for her practice.

Our mission is to build a firm that is team-oriented and collaborative in nature as opposed to the corporate partnership culture that bogs down most law firms. Weinberger Law Group is designed to be nimble so that we can adapt to the changing needs of our clients and our employees.

We work very hard to ensure we are surrounding ourselves with outstanding people, positive energy and a culture that encourages everyone at the firm to provide constructive opinions and ideas on ways to improve the firm.

Our approach runs contrary to what partners at other firms will tell you, but then again many law firms have been around for 50+ years and unfortunately still operate the same way.

Our firm has grown thanks in large part to the outstanding group of individuals who work seamlessly together to ensure our clients get the highest level of service and attention.

If you are interested in learning more about our firm, please reach out to us and we look forward to speaking with you.

    Hi, Bari:

I hope you remember me. I remember you when you clerked in Middlesex.

Anyway, I have a case in Monmouth now with Jennifer Varga. I see you have done well and va e two offices.

I left my firm in Old Bridge (Heilbrunn, et als) after practicing with different combinations of the firm for over 34 years. I am practicing here in Manalapan for the last 2 1/2 years with some friends in an "of counsel" relationship. I am really considering making a change to an all matrimonial and family law firm, and I mentioned this to Jennifer, who told me that perhaps your Freehold office could be expanding in the future. I have a lot of trial experience (not just family law but certainly that is my main area of practice) and might like to "hang my hat" in a growing firm like yours, where I could handle my caseload, help with your growing caseload and draw a regular salary with some benefits and make the clients happy.

I will disclose that I am now 63 but I am way too young to think about retirement at this point I am confident that if you speak with Jennifer or other lawyers in the area who know me, and you have room, it may be a mutually beneficial association,  If you are interested in speaking with me, just let me know and we can make arrangements to discuss the matter.
