    Hello Family Law Section members,

On Tuesday, Sept. 25, NJICLE and the School Law Committee will present School Law for the General Practitioner: Important (and Current) Legal Considerations Every Attorney Should Know from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

The operations of New Jersey's nearly 600 public school districts impact clients across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including family, criminal, tort, employment, public contracting and constitutional law. Register today for this essential annual seminar, designed especially for attorneys who do not ordinarily practice in the field of education law but represent clients who interact with school districts.

A panel of experienced New Jersey school law experts will take you through some of the most prevalent issues facing everyone involved with public schools – not just students, parents and teachers – but contractors, vendors, and others who work in or with a public school system.
