Is there a standard rate being used to impute investment income? Other
parent will be receiving $850,000+ from a PI case and we need to
determine what income should be imputed from it (hopefully displaces the
loss in income from the injury and hence no change in circumstances to
lower support). Source or cite would be helpful.
