Did the format recently change for a Request to Enter Default?  I just had one rejected by Morris County using the same Request to Enter Default form and supporting certification I have been using for 20 years.  They told me to look on njcourtsonline (even though it's actually njcourts.gov) I looked through every form in the database there and see nothing for this.

I have had mine kicked back in the past for not using the court's certification of non-military service, maybe that is what they are referring you to?
