Would anyone have a template for registering another state's divorce judgment in New Jersey?

Thank you in advance for your assistance,

I haven't done it since JEDS, but I send 1) a letter to Superior court w two copies - one certified copy- of the order or jod w msa, 2) a certification by my client with copy of the JOD and the name address and social security and name and address of employer and tel number and email for other party.

I think if it's a child support issue you can register with probation directly, but I haven't done it that way.
