Hello friends,
I have a client who was divorced in New Mexico about twenty years ago. Both he and the ex-wife have since relocated to New Jersey. Prior counsel had started a QDRO and gotten it approved by the plan, but it never got signed by a Judge. Since they both live here now, they'd prefer to have a NJ Judge sign it than try to coordinate with the New Mexico judiciary. Does anyone have sample registering of a foreign judgment paperwork that they wouldn't mind sharing?
