Hi All:
I have family in northern South Carolina (Indian Land, SC), literally a few minutes over the North/South Carolina border near Charlotte. My cousin is unfortunately getting a divorce and needs some guidance. I understand that SC is a ?fault? divorce state and she needs someone aggressive as fault (infidelity, potential alcoholism) is an issue here and she wants to use it to her advantage. She and her husband owned a house jointly with her parents (my aunt and uncle) and they all lived in the house together. So the husband?s share of the house is an issue here as well. They have an attorney but are not all that satisfied. I suspect that they need someone more aggressive. Any recommendations?
