A friend of a friend is having difficulties with her neighbors, who are, according to her, harassing her by blocking her driveway, shining search lights on her security cameras, yelling at her and calling her names. There is no relationship between the parties I am aware of that would render this a domestic violence matter, so it is outside of my wheelhouse. Anyone interested in consulting with her to discuss her legal options in addressing the issue? She resides on the Union/Middlesex County border so attorneys in either of those counties would be preferable.
