Hello Listmates. My friend, an only child, is looking for a good dual licensed attorney in NJ and Puerto Rico preferably and if not, then a good Puerto Rican attorney. My friend's father died in Puerto Rico with will in Puerto Rico several years ago but my friend has been unsuccessful in getting her father's estate probated yet with the Puerto Rican attorneys that she has hired. Also her Mom (who now lives in NJ) still owns the family home in PR jointly with the late father. She needs to have new Deed prepared in the name of the Mom and then another Deed to Mom and my friend. Her Mom is 91 and not healthy so needs to be done in near future. Thank you
