Subject line says it all - I need a referral for counsel in Wake County, North Carolina.
It's "highest possible conflict" post-judgment case, with allegations of sexual abuse that, after several years, have been proved false / coached child (after seven experts, psychologists, DYFS evaluations all indicate there's no merit to the allegations - eight-year-old child coached by mom). A hearing as to a change in residential custody has been scheduled for late summer. Potential client (dad) has been handling it pro se after literally bankrupting himself, but wants to retain counsel for the custody hearing. Thus, need someone excellent who's at least somewhat affordable (as "affordable" as a nightmare case like this could be for anyone).
