I need a referral in a non-family matter involving recouping a sum a money which was "loaned" to an individual who is not returning the sum. It might be a hopeless endeavor, based on the sheer stupidity of the family friend, but I would like to be able to give her a name of someone reputable who might be willing to provide a consultation and possibly file whatever action would be appropriate.
