Assuming you mean Cold Spring - it's a little south of Fishkill, NY in Putnam County.
I suggest reaching out to Jo-Ann Cambareri, Esq. Their office is in White Plains in Westchester County (which I believe is about 30 minutes or so from Putnam County Court). If they can't help out, they can certainly recommend someone who can.
