I need a referral for Fullerton, California. Husband married much-younger client in Pakistan, promising to bring her to the USA. He then absconded. Turns out he's done this before. As ridiculous as I think the proposed bill was that would impose sexual assault liability on anyone who was less than truthful in order to get a person into bed (imagine the potential misuse of that one)... well, cases like this make that idea sound not so ridiculous at all. There should be some consequence. Anyway, client doesn't want damages, she just wants a divorce or annulment as quickly and cheaply as possible.
