  • 1.  Referral for South Jersey custody appeal

    Can anyone recommend a south jersey (Gloucester County case) family/appellate lawyer to defend an appeal? The case involves issues of custody, parenting time, DYFS and a Grandmother who has become a psychological parent vs biological mother. (Mother is appealing) Someone who will not charge the client a fortune and who can also try to bring resolution to this very emotional case would be great. I represent Grandmother but my trial schedule is too busy to handle an appeal right now.

     I also handle appeals, my practice is primarily appellate now.  I also handle lots of DYFS appeals, so I understand Title 9 and Title 30 and I have tried a custody matter with a client who is a grandmother and a psychological parent.  I am in the north, but willing to travel.  My fees are reasonable.
