1. Need a referral for post-judgment motion in Salem County. Potential client lives in Michigan. Has $250,000 in arrears - majority of which should be wiped, as "children" are now 30 and 31 and never attended college (ahem - this is why we needed the statute to put burden on CP to continue CS past 19). CS is $250 / week, alimony $150 per week. Attorney in Michigan soaked the guy - took $5000 to "discharge the arrears in bankruptcy" then, when that (obviously) didn't work, said he'd get Michigan to modify NJ order, then when that (obviously) didn't work, told him it can't be modified, but he'll keep him from going back to jail so long as he kept up on attorney's bill.... so he also needs referral to malpractice counsel in Michigan (and probably to their ethics committee).
2. We should list out who goes to which county and our suggestions for referals to other states somewhere on the NJSBA website - who wants to take it on?
