    I generally don't travel outside my geographic area, but took what was assured to be a simple, probably uncontested Carfagno case to dismiss a decade-old DV order.

    Yeah - not so much on the simple and uncontested aspect. More like complex and hotly contested.

    I've advised the client he needs to retain local counsel.

    Anyone on the list from Morris County with direct experience with Carfagno applications, please advise ASAP.
