           Marty Indik, partner at Indik & McNamara, does a great job with legal malpractice cases. And, he's a certified civil trial attorney, so will give you a referral fee (1/3 of his 1/3). I've sent him many cases over the years and he's sent me many referral fees (on malpractice cases and on some large PI cases). Plus, he's a good guy.  (732) 821-2500 / [email protected] . He's in northern Middlesex, but worth the drive (or, if the case is big enough, he'll go to the client). When we shared space, he got a jury judgment in excess of $2.0 million... he knows what he's doing.
