Hello colleagues:
I was hoping that someone may have a referral for an Elder law/Elder abuse attorney in New Hampshire?
Colleague of mine has elderly parents who live up there and ran into a scammer who has taken them for tens of thousands of dollars - and it is an ongoing situation.
Sadly one of the elderly parents is so bought into this scam that they are adverse to receiving help – so this may turn into a contested situation with 3rd party intervention on behalf of the other parent.
Any guidance/referrals would be greatly appreciated.
