    The potential client is a young Pakistani woman whose husband via an arranged marriage has moved to Chicago and filed for divorce.  I would suspect that the wife is earning about 45,000 a year.  She hasn't been served, but wants to be ready.

    Yes I believe that Civil and Criminal cases are in the Cook County Circuit Court. Thank you for your help.
