To My Fellow Members of the NJ State Bar Association:
I am, respectfully, requesting your support for my partner, Robert J. Brass, Esq., a NJ State Bar Trustee, who is seeking the office of Second Vice President of the New Jersey State Bar Association, commencing in May 2013.
This position was vacated by Angela Dalton, who was the NJSBA Nominating Committee selection; but, will soon be a New Jersey Superior Court Judge; and, for that reason, has removed herself from the State Bar Executive Board. Bob would be honored to be able to continue to serve your professional interests as the Second Vice-President of this great organization; and, I highly recommend him for this position.
I ask that you sign the attached Nominating Petition; and, return it to Bob at your earliest convenience; so, that he can file it in time to meet the March 18, 2013 deadline. The petitions must contain ORIGINAL SIGNATURES; and, therefore, must be returned, via US Mail; so, that Bob can, personally, deliver them to the NJ State Bar Association, prior to the March 18th deadline. Please return the signed and completed Nominating Petition to Robert J. Brass, Esq., Partner, Law Offices of Brian J. Aloia, 2 Broad Street, Suite 407, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. The petitions may contain one or more signatures with the requested information. Each attorney signing the petition MUST be a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
