For commercial property in Jersey City, I strongly recommend Jeff Hendricks, Hendricks Appraisal, in West Orange. He owns a number of commercial properties in Jersey City and, I believe, he does appraisal work for the City.
For residential, I recommend Chris Healy, Sr,, Metropolitan Appraisal, in West Caldwell. Our firm has relied on both firms for many years and their fees are reasonable.
