A friend of mine needs an attorney to help her draft simple "Terms of Contract" language for a Membership Portal for new service software that helps authors, coaches, therapists, musicians or anyone who has a program or course to offer.
She wants to have language in the contract that notices it "will not allow any member to host or deliver contents" in the system "that are offensive, political or have strong religious content."
She can provide terms outlined for member benefits and limitations. She needs to focus on language to protect the portal from misuse for any "publicly offensive" or "inappropriate" content on the site.
I'd greatly appreciate it if you could please forward me any referrals in this subject area so I can forward to her for follow-up.
