For those who (like me) had no clue what Quinn is -- it's a cohabitation / alimony issue (

I think it's a more focused issue: wether a marital settlement agreement which provides for termination of alimony in the event of cohabitation of the alimony recipient is to be honored or subject to equitable modification as was done by the trial court in Quinn.
