Quick one: USSO order needed when only instruction is releasing funds?

  • 1.  Quick one: USSO order needed when only instruction is releasing funds?

    Parties are in agreement that funds being held by probation should be released.

    It's in Somerset, which expects counsel to submit a USSO order. Anyone know if a USSO order is necessary if there's no modification to the support amount - if the only issue is released funds being held?
