  • 1.  Quick case reference / pendente lite arrears not contained in judgment

    Posted 03-29-2018 02:41 PM
It's my understanding that pendente arrears lite that aren't specifically affirmed / continued in a judgment of divorce are waived.

This differs from child support arrears, which are a judgment by operation of law on the day the child support is due.

Does anyone know off the top of their head the case citation that states this? Or am I wrong?

I believe there is reference to this in Mallamo.
