  • 1.  Questions for name change client

    Posted 08-15-2023 09:09 AM

    Hello colleagues,

Its been a while since I did one of these.  Does anyone have a list of sample questions the court will elicit during a name change hearing they can share?

Just turn the statements contained in the filed verified complaint for name change into questions to ask your client. OR is this will be part of a divorce judgment hearing where someone wishes to resume a maiden name, let me know and I can send a list of questions.  Usually the judge wants the attorney to ask the questions.
