Drafting an MSA. Client/father wants to be able to take children to visit his family in home country. Though father's roots are firmly here, Mother is a bit wary. She would be satisfied if father posted a bond and he seems willing. Can someone help me with the language and where to direct the clients as to the best place to get a bond?
