  • 1.  Post-judgment Attorney Lien

    Hello everyone!

    My adversary and I need to file a motion for an attorney lien against our respective clients.  We divorced the parties in December of 2019 and they have not paid their legal bills, which are substantial.  The marital home is currently listed for sale.  Does anyone have a sample motion for an attorney lien that was filed post-divorce?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
