Based on
Krupinski v. Krupinski 437 N.J.Super. 159 (App. Div. 2014) should there, or can there, be any language in a PSA that takes that into consideration. For example, if the payor is a young police officer, who has aspirations to move up in rank later on, or a teacher who plans to go back to school to be a principle post divorce. Should we include a clause to limit the coverture to only the amount earned during that coverture period. Is it possible to draft such a clause, and if anyone has one, how would it be worded? If we represent the payee should we object to such a clause as to speculative, or is it fair? Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this.
