    Posted 09-08-2017 02:31 PM
    Hello,

I am currently not practicing law, and have very limited resources in preparing for my pro bono case.  This is my first pro bono assignment/order.   The charge is contempt - violation of a restraining order.  The venue is Warren County Superior Court, Family Division.  I do not have any practice materials.

I informed the court that I would file a motion to dismiss the case as a de minimus infraction pursuant to NJSA 2C:2-11.  I am aware that I am required to file the following: 1) Notice of Motion; 2) Certification in Support of the Motion; and 3) Order.

If anyone is willing to provide me with sample/general forms pertinent to the above three mentioned required filings, I would greatly appreciate it.  I do not need any assistance with the substantive part, rather, I just need help with forms/procedure.  Again, the venue is Warren County Superior Court, Family Division.  If you prefer I stop by your office instead, then that is fine as well.

    Thanks again.

    Very truly yours,
